Welcome to the website for the Rotary Club of Lindfield.

Our website is designed not only to meet the needs of our members but also to act as a means of communication with the wider community in which we live and seek to serve.

Whether you are a first time visitor to our website or maybe even an existing Rotarian who has not visited before, on this site you will be able to read a little about our history as a club, identify the present officers of the club and find out what sorts of projects we are involved with in the current year.

Please explore every section of our site and contact us directly if we can assist with information about Rotary in general or Lindfield Rotary in particular. It is quite easy to navigate around the site, simply click on the "nav bar' at the top of each page to access a major area of interest and on the left hand side of the page you will find details of the contents in that section, click to select.

An important feature of the site is a regularly updated "Calendar of Events" and some information about our most recent visitors and speakers. Right now we are focused on our upcoming Annual Fun Run and if you would like to participate please go to our dedicated Fun Run website at www.lindfieldrotaryfunrun.org.au where you can register online for the event on Sunday March 22nd.

A section of the website is devoted to the five "Avenues of Service" and you will find there regularly updated information about programs and projects either sponsored by or initiated by Lindfield Rotary, for example, on the page devoted to Youth Service, there is important information about the many programs for youth that attract support from our club on an ongoing basis.

For those visitors wanting to know more of the "Rotary story", you will find some excellent hyperlinks on the page for Rotary International, simply click that item on the navigation bar on the left and make a selection. Please use these valuable connections as a resource for your research.

We hope that you will visit the site on a regular basis to stay in touch with happenings in the club and you can even use the site to make direct contact with the club. Simply click on "Contact Us" and submit your details with comments or questions.

In the coming 2008-2009 Rotary year our theme will be "Make Dreams Real" and the logo hereunder will become widely used in the Rotary world.

The theme chosen by Rotary International President, D.K.Lee, for this year is both an exhortation to Rotarians and an affirmation of Rotary's strengths.
