In the meantime our Program Director, Noel Phelan will be delighted to hear from Club members who know of excellent speakers or presenters who might be of interest to the club. Membership:

The membership team, presently led by Leon Lurie but shortly to be taken over by Maggie Duggan, are keen that we take every opportunity to introduce potential new members to the club and as part of the drive to increase our reach in this regard, an Explanatory Leaflet has been prepared and supplies are available from Leon and Robin Hearder. Copies will also be available on the Attendance Desk at meetings.

In addition we should encourage any potential members to visit this website and to use it as a way to inform themselves about Rotary in general and Lindfield Rotary in particular. Club members might like to send our web address to friends and associates as a soft introduction to the ways of Rotary.

Display materials are also available at last as is a revamped flyer to be used as a letter box drop in selected areas. Plans are also in place to create a membership database that will include potential invitees.

A proposal to introduce a "Friends of Rotary" category for potential members who may be unable to attend every week continues to merit discussion as to implementation.

Our Bulletin is going from strength to strength under the Editorship of Sandra White and this will continue in the coming Rotary Year.

Fund Raising:

The Club Service team is continuing to develop some alternative fund raising activities, to reduce our reliance on our major source, ie the Fun Run.

We have one more Theatre Night planned for Glen Street in June and will have some additional funds to transfer to the Charitable and Special Projects Account as a result.
